Kalo Chorio

The settlements of Arnikos, Pyrgos, Istron and Forti that today constitute Kalo Chorio, are scattered in the evergreen valley, beach and the surrounding fertile hills. The area of Kalo Chorio has three of the best beaches of Crete. These organized beaches are Voulisma, Agios Panteleimonas and Karavostasi and are awarded every year the Blue Flag. Due to their size, they are all suitable for sup, surf and windsurfing.

The climbing field of Peza is merely a few minutes away. It consists of four rocks and has many trails, both for beginners and experienced climbers.
