Limnes

At the end of the plain of Mirabello, below Ancient Driros, Limnes charm visitors with its authentic Cretan character, as one of the oldest villages of the area. Rich and fertile, due to the plain, and filled with water mills. There are two Byzantine churches here, both decorated with impressive frescoes.
